Civil Engineer, Sr. Project Manager-Transportation (PE Required)

Location: Hybrid work model in Lake Oswego, Oregon, or Kirkland, Washington, United States.

Salary: $138,000–$182,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead and deliver complex transportation engineering projects across the Pacific Northwest.
• Oversee transportation planning, technical design, project development, and delivery.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Engage clients and support business development and relationship-building activities.
• Delegate effectively and train and develop team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Professional Engineer license in Washington and/or Oregon, or the ability to obtain one within 60 days.
• At least 15 years of transportation engineering experience with project management leadership.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary transportation projects from planning through design and delivery.
• Competency in transportation design principles, project development processes, and engineering software such as MicroStation, Civil3D, or OpenRoads.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including engagement with internal teams and external stakeholders.
