Location: Must be based in the United States (Hybrid or Remote).
Salary: $120,000 – $200,000 USD per year.

What you will do
- Lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including pipelines, pump stations, and treatment systems.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and at high quality standards.
- Oversee project teams, including engineers, CAD designers, and subconsultants.
- Support business development efforts, including pursuing and winning new work.
- Provide technical leadership across water and wastewater system planning, funding, and operations.
- Mentor and develop junior staff through coaching and performance feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in California.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in water/wastewater engineering.
- Proven experience managing projects, teams, schedules, and budgets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 20% for project and business activities.
Nice to have
- Experience with pump station and water/wastewater treatment design.
- Established client relationships and local market presence.
- Demonstrated success in business development and client growth.
