Project Manager (Water/Wastewater)

Salary: $120,000 – $200,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including pipelines, pump stations, and treatment systems.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and at high quality standards.
• Oversee project teams, including engineers, CAD designers, and subconsultants.
• Support business development efforts, including pursuing and winning new work.
• Provide technical leadership across water and wastewater system planning, funding, and operations.
• Mentor and develop junior staff through coaching and performance feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in California.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in water/wastewater engineering.
• Proven experience managing projects, teams, schedules, and budgets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20% for project and business activities.

• Experience with pump station and water/wastewater treatment design.
