Highway Construction Project Manager (Civil Engineering)

Salary: $110,000–$250,000 per year

What you will do

• Administer transportation construction projects throughout the construction cycle.
• Manage projects from contract award through completion, covering technical, financial, and client-satisfaction requirements.
• Coordinate contractors and support construction scheduling.
• Maintain project budgets and schedules in line with contractual cost and delivery commitments.
• Monitor construction activities and prepare comprehensive project documentation, including weekly status reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 10 years of building construction management experience.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to work onsite in outdoor field environments with possible exposure to weather, heat, humidity, noise, hazards, atmospheric conditions, and bodies of water.
• Ability to perform physically demanding activities, including standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and occasional operation of a company vehicle; lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 35 pounds may be required.
• Successful completion of applicable pre-employment substance screening and background checks.
