Experienced Project Manager

Location: United States — Houston, Denver, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Kansas City, Nashville, Plano/Dallas, Philadelphia, Bentonville, Las Vegas, Lenexa, or New York City

Salary: $92,400–$161,040 per year, depending on location

What you will do

• Lead project execution and overall performance for assigned commercial building projects.
• Develop proposals, contracts, project budgets, program fees, and bid processes.
• Plan and coordinate project deliverables, design, and drafting activities.
• Manage client service, communication, satisfaction, and project-related conflicts.
• Monitor budgets, quality standards, project objectives, and financial expectations.
• Travel to project locations for site visits as needed.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience with commercial building design and/or construction projects for the mid-level position, or 8 years for the experienced-level position.
• At least 1 year of project management experience for the mid-level position, or 4 cumulative years for the experienced-level position.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology, or business preferred; 4 years of relevant AEC or professional services experience may substitute.
• Proficiency in project management standards and execution.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not indicated as available.

Nice to have

• Experience with Revit, CAD, or Bluebeam.
• Project management certification.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license.
