Salary: $84,500–$162,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the development, curation, delivery, and evaluation of enterprise learning solutions.
• Analyze skill gaps and partner with business stakeholders, leaders, vendors, and subject matter experts to define learning objectives.
• Develop and manage training content, communications, operations, scheduling, and delivery calendars.
• Manage multiple learning projects and events from design through execution and evaluation using adult learning best practices.
• Facilitate innovative presentations and training sessions, including instructor-led and virtual instructor-led learning.
• Support onboarding and integration for new hires and facilitators while troubleshooting issues and ensuring project quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Learning and Development, Organizational Development, Adult Education, or a related field.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, relationship-building, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Experience with adult learning theory and learning-related technologies.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, make accurate decisions quickly, and demonstrate innovation.
• Strong written and oral presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and maintain attention to detail.
