Senior Manager of GxP Learning and Development (Biotech)

Location: Hybrid with on-site presence at locations in Newark and South San Francisco, California

Salary: $150,000–$175,000 per year, plus annual performance bonus and equity

What you will do

• Drive learning and talent development programs for new hires, employees, and managers.
• Design and implement instructor-led, on-the-job, and eLearning training solutions.
• Develop GxP, compliance, technical, and business training curricula with functional managers and business owners.
• Own and administer the Learning Management System, maintaining data accuracy and resolving system issues.
• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions and provide coaching and mentoring.
• Monitor training compliance, resolve gaps, and report training metrics for stakeholders and audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in biological sciences, chemistry, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• 2–3 years of experience working with a Learning Management System.
• Strong knowledge of GxP, training systems and processes, and pharmaceutical and biotech regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and classroom facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
