Learning & Development Specialist– AI Enablement

Location: New York, United States

Annual base salary: $140,000–$170,000, plus variable compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Stay current on AI models, tooling, and best practices to inform learning strategy and execution.
• Design and develop resources, workshops, and other learning offerings that build AI fluency.
• Consult with stakeholders to translate business needs into practical AI-driven learning and workflow solutions.
• Facilitate engaging workshops that encourage confidence, curiosity, and experimentation with new ways of working.
• Manage cross-functional planning, timelines, stakeholders, and dependencies for AI learning initiatives.
• Partner with L&D colleagues to apply AI to learning design, delivery, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and five to seven years of professional experience.
• Experience in learning and development, instructional design, facilitation, or a related field.
• AI expertise and demonstrated enthusiasm for driving AI adoption.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical learning solutions and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, written communication, consulting, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional dependencies in ambiguous environments.
