Senior AI/ML Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Own AI/ML and Generative AI solutions end to end, including data pipelines, model and prompt workflows, APIs, evaluation, deployment, observability, and optimization.
• Design enterprise RAG platforms with secure ingestion, chunking, embeddings, hybrid and vector search, reranking, citations, and access-aware retrieval.
• Build production agentic systems with tool calling, structured outputs, planning, memory, multi-agent orchestration, human approvals, failure recovery, and auditable traces.
• Architect MCP clients and servers with secure transports, authentication, least-privilege access, tenant isolation, and protection against prompt injection and unsafe tool execution.
• Integrate agents with enterprise repositories, source control, ticketing systems, databases, ERP/CRM platforms, and cloud services through reusable connectors.
• Lead architecture reviews, define evaluation and observability strategies, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and mentor engineers.

Requirements

• 5–9 years of experience developing production software, data, ML, or AI solutions, including hands-on GenAI/LLM application delivery.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Advanced Python and practical experience with data and ML libraries such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Strong knowledge of LLM and agentic architecture, APIs, distributed services, asynchronous workflows, secure tool execution, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub, CI/CD, AWS or Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, and MLOps/LLMOps practices.
• A current role-relevant AWS AI/ML or Microsoft Azure AI certification and production Model Context Protocol experience are mandatory.

Nice to have

• Experience with OpenAI Agents SDK, LangGraph/LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, Amazon Bedrock Agents, or Azure AI Foundry Agent Service.
• Experience with enterprise search and vector technologies such as pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, Azure AI Search, or Amazon OpenSearch.
• Experience with MLflow or comparable LLMOps and observability platforms, SQL, data modeling, streaming, workflow orchestration, data lakes, or lakehouse platforms.
• Background in finance, accounting, operations, document intelligence, analytics, compliance, responsible AI, or model risk management.
• Experience mentoring engineers, defining technical standards, or contributing to reusable platforms or open-source work.
