TL;DR

Senior AI Engineer (Agentic AI/GRC): Building and owning production-grade agentic systems, including the GRC Brain reasoning layer, Agentic Cortex orchestration framework, and seven specialized compliance agents with an accent on safe operation, prompt strategy, and evaluation. Focus on implementing human-in-the-loop gates, tuning confidence scoring for Bedrock-hosted models, and measuring quality, latency, and reliability in regulated enterprise environments.

Location: Budapest, Hungary. Hybrid work model with onsite attendance at least 50% of the time for employees within commuting distance of a hirify.global office.

What you will do

Build and maintain the GRC Brain reasoning layer and Agentic Cortex orchestration framework for the Compliance in a Box platform.
Design and implement a seven-agent architecture covering onboarding, scope, standards mapping, risk quantification, policy analysis, infrastructure auditing, and compliance monitoring.
Implement human-in-the-loop gates, prompt strategies, and confidence scoring for Amazon Bedrock-hosted models.
Own the agent evaluation framework, measuring quality, latency, and reliability.
Partner with product, security, platform, and cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready CiaB features quickly.

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related IT discipline.
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including LLMs and agent-based systems.
Ability to write clean, well-tested Python code.
Experience shipping real AI products beyond chatbots.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

Experience with AWS services, especially Amazon Bedrock or similar LLM hosting platforms.
Familiarity with GRC concepts or cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
Experience with agent orchestration libraries such as LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
