Medical Information Specialist (Pharmaceuticals)

Location: Boulogne-Billancourt, France, with a hybrid arrangement allowing work from home up to 2 days per week

What you will do

• Provide complex, high-quality medical information support for assigned therapeutic areas and respond to escalated inquiries.
• Develop, review, approve, and maintain global and regional medical and technical response documents.
• Maintain global content, literature summaries, clinical guideline reviews, and data-on-file materials in line with governance requirements.
• Review complex and sensitive scientific content for clarity, accuracy, balance, and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate scientific literature and clinical data to create accurate, evidence-based responses for healthcare professionals and consumers.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, contribute to new delivery channels, and identify medical information trends that support broader strategy.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
• Strong knowledge of products, labeling, disease states, treatment landscapes, and patient-care implications.
• Knowledge of clinical trial methodology, statistical principles, and critical evaluation of scientific and medical literature.
• Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry's legal, regulatory, and compliance environment.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Veeva Vault, Salesforce, or similar platforms is beneficial.

• Medical writing experience.
• Experience with Veeva Vault, Salesforce, or similar medical information platforms.
