Production Unit Manager (Precision Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Manage the operational performance of a specialized precision-manufacturing unit.
• Optimize equipment, materials, workforce, and production priorities to meet delivery, production, and quality targets.
• Supervise and technically support a small production team.
• Ensure consistent application of manufacturing procedures and quality standards.
• Industrialize new products and references, including tooling and raw-material evaluation.
• Provide first-level technical support for production issues and workshop anomalies.

Requirements

• Technical vocational qualification or equivalent manufacturing education.
• At least 5 years of experience in precision manufacturing or a comparable industrial environment.
• Hands-on experience with specialized production or material-application processes for high-precision components, especially SuperLumiNova.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, process control, quality, tooling, and materials.
• Experience supervising or technically leading production employees, with strong troubleshooting and process-improvement skills.
• Fluent French and English at B2 level required.
