What you will do
- Manage production planning and execution based on customer orders, ensuring appropriate inventory, timely delivery, and product quality and quantity.
- Organize and allocate personnel, materials, equipment, raw materials, and utilities in coordination with supply chain and maintenance.
- Establish and supervise departmental policies, systems, and processes within the headquarters management framework.
- Lead department staffing, work allocation, performance management, and skills training.
- Manage CPS Area Optimization, Excellence, KPI monitoring, 5S, and energy management initiatives.
- Control departmental costs and material consumption while proposing production-process improvements and waste reduction measures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in materials science, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, automation, or a related field.
- More than 6 years of manufacturing experience, including more than 3 years of team management experience and more than 3 years in foreign-funded enterprises.
- Fluent English communication skills are required.
- Proficiency in bentonite production and processing technology.
- Experience with quality and EHS management systems, cost management, Microsoft Office, interpersonal coordination, and team management.
Nice to have
- Electrical or mechanical engineering certification.
- Experience as a maintenance manager.
- Certified Black Belt.
