Operator / Senior Operator (Biotechnology)

What you will do

• Support the project team in defining and setting up innovative vaccine production processes.
• Participate in the qualification and validation of new production areas and processes.
• Operate production plants and equipment, including preparation, operation, and post-processing, in accordance with SOPs.
• Perform microbiological environmental monitoring, in-process controls, and sample taking.
• Monitor production processes, report potential issues, and participate in continuous improvement.
• Handle, clean, store, and inspect equipment while maintaining GMP-compliant documentation in MES and log books.

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship in pharmaceutical, chemical, or biotechnological fields, or a relevant university degree.
• Experienced candidates may have several years of pharmaceutical production experience, especially in GMP and cleanroom environments.
• Safety awareness, reliability, flexibility, teamwork, and a high degree of personal responsibility.
• Fluent German and/or English required.
• Willingness to work a four-shift schedule.
