Senior Manager, Finance AI Transformation

Location: Onsite at the Santa Clara, California office

Annual base salary: $192,000–$307,000 USD, with possible incentive pay and/or equity.

What you will do

• Identify high-value AI and automation use cases across FP&A and Treasury, including planning, forecasting, cash, and liquidity management.
• Build and evaluate hands-on prototypes, run focused pilots, and scale solutions with business cases, milestones, adoption plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Design trusted finance data products, semantic layers, planning models, cash forecasting tools, dashboards, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Partner with FP&A, Treasury, DnA, IT, Security, Internal Audit, and Legal to establish responsible AI controls, governance, access, and auditability.
• Translate finance requirements into delivery-ready process, data, control, and system requirements.
• Drive UAT, training, launch communications, operating routines, feedback loops, and value realization across FP&A and Treasury.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, Treasury, finance transformation, consulting, business systems, data and analytics, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of annual operating planning, driver-based forecasting, variance analysis, management reporting, cash forecasting, liquidity management, bank connectivity, working capital, and debt or investment management.
• Demonstrated experience evaluating, piloting, or deploying AI-enabled capabilities, intelligent automation, predictive modeling, analytics, or workflow solutions.
• Hands-on experience with emerging AI technologies and building workable prototypes, including “vibe coding.”
• Experience with EPM and planning tools, treasury management systems, ERP, cloud data platforms, and BI solutions.
• Strong judgment regarding responsible AI, data governance, access controls, auditability, model risk, privacy, bias mitigation, SOX, financial controls, and human-in-the-loop review.
