Finance Manager (AI)

Location: New York City, hybrid

Salary: $140K–$160K base salary per year, plus equity and benefits

AI orchestration platform for healthcare revenue cycle management, helping healthcare organizations detect revenue vulnerabilities, optimize workflows, and improve financial outcomes through automation, data science, and AI agents.

What you will do

• Lead the monthly financial close with external accounting partners across revenue, billing, accounts receivable, and payment workflows.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to manage expense plans against growth and profitability targets.
• Improve revenue and operating expense forecasting, financial models, and management reporting.
• Use AI and workflow automation to streamline close, reconciliations, billing, and reporting.
• Maintain ARR/CARR, retention, cohort, and variance-to-plan SaaS metrics.
• Build models for deal valuation, pricing, revenue forecasting, fundraising diligence, and executive decision support.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of finance and/or accounting experience, including at least 2 years in FP&A or strategic finance.
• Strong understanding of GAAP revenue recognition and collections in B2B SaaS, including usage-based billing.
• Experience owning close deliverables with outsourced accounting or controller partners.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets modeling skills, analytical rigor, and strong attention to detail.
• Clear, concise communication skills and the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a lean, fast-moving startup environment with high standards for accuracy and follow-through.
