ServiceNow Business Consultant (Dutch)

Location: Netherlands, any city; flexible working hours and possibilities to work from home, with in-person collaboration prioritized.

What you will do

• Deliver ServiceNow solutions to multiple customers as part of a team of ServiceNow specialists.
• Lead workshops to demonstrate platform functionality, assess current and desired client states, and define proposed solutions.
• Define requirements, develop user stories, support business-focused testing, and contribute to sales and delivery activities.
• Produce solution documentation and training materials, and train client users.
• Analyze and re-engineer processes, procedures, and practices to solve client problems.
• Mentor and train junior team members while collaborating with consultants, project managers, architects, customer developers, and senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least three years of relevant experience with the ServiceNow platform, including areas such as ITSM, ITOM, GRC, SecOps, or HRSD.
• Experience consulting external customers and working with technical end users in a service-oriented role.
• Knowledge of ITSM and agile frameworks such as DevOps, IT4IT, or ITIL.
• Experience across the software development lifecycle, from business requirements analysis through solution design, testing, and go-live.
• Fluent Dutch and English are required. Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills are also required.

• Knowledge of another European language.
• Experience mentoring junior colleagues.
