Management Consultant (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Design and implement target operating models across governance, processes, data, and technology.
• Lead transformation programs in financial economic crime, risk and regulations, ESG, and digital innovation.
• Conduct gap analyses, risk assessments, and maturity scans, translating findings into practical roadmaps.
• Apply AI, data, and RegTech innovations to solve client challenges and improve business performance.
• Build advisory relationships with senior client stakeholders and identify new business opportunities.
• Coach junior consultants and contribute to strengthening the Financial Services practice.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law, Criminology, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of consulting experience within the financial services sector.
• Expertise in financial crime compliance, risk management, regulatory change, and digital transformation.
• Experience driving organizational change, engaging senior stakeholders, and developing business opportunities.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English.
• Ability to critically evaluate AI output and use technology to work more efficiently.

Nice to have

• Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma certification.
• Experience applying innovative technologies and data-driven solutions to business challenges.
