Senior Manager Platform & Prototypes (AI)

What you will do

• Lead customer experience, MarTech, customer data, and AI transformation programs from strategy through implementation.
• Advise clients on platforms including Adobe, Salesforce, and Google.
• Design and launch data-driven digital propositions such as loyalty programs, direct-to-consumer subscriptions, and MVP-led innovations.
• Drive GenAI adoption by prioritizing use cases, embedding responsible AI practices, and enabling real-time decision-making.
• Manage commercial engagements, proposals, bids, RFPs, project scope, business development, and measurable outcomes.
• Coach consultants and senior consultants while fostering innovation, experimentation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience leading CX, MarTech, customer data, AI/GenAI, loyalty, or digital transformation projects and programs.
• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Innovation, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Consulting and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience building or leading innovative digital platforms, products, prototypes, or emerging technology solutions from concept through implementation.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, coaching, workstream, project team, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to lead proposals and client pitches and deliver new bookings of €1 million per year.
