Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands (at least 3 days per week in office)

What you will do

• Build and expand the Actuarial Services offering within the Dutch market.
• Lead, educate, and mentor a team of highly talented actuarial colleagues.
• Manage complex strategic and quantitative projects for clients in the insurance and pensions industries.
• Develop and maintain an international network of high-level clients.

Requirements

• 6+ years of actuarial experience with significant expertise in the Dutch market.
• English: C1+ (native/fluent) required.
• Deep understanding of the insurance business and regulatory frameworks such as IFRS 17 and Solvency II.
• Proficiency in statistical software (SAS, R) and programming languages (C#, C++, Java, or VBA).
• Proven experience in managing diverse stakeholders, teams, and projects.
• Ability to present effectively to senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in management consulting.
• Fluency in Dutch.
