IT Consultant (Graduate Program)

What you will do

• Participate in a 2-year immersive learning program to develop essential business and consulting skills.
• Work on high-impact projects for flagship clients in sectors including Financial Services, Retail, and Healthcare.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver complex consulting engagements that provide lasting value.
• Pursue professional certifications in domains such as Cloud, Security, Data, AI, and Network.
• Develop into a trusted advisor in either a Delivery or Go-to-Market role based on skills and potential.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of core services offered by cloud providers (Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with IT management consulting methods.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch.
• Ability to work in Hoofddorp, North Holland, Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in consulting.
• Knowledge of project management and IT service management (ITSM) frameworks.
• Applied experience with Agile methodologies.
• Existing certifications in key technologies.
