Civil Engineer III (Civil 3D)

Location: Ossipee, New Hampshire, with work across New Hampshire offices; occasional travel and field work on undeveloped sites required.

Salary: $85,000 starting salary, with final compensation based on qualifications, experience, and licensing status.

What you will do

• Design civil engineering projects for recreational, municipal, commercial, residential, and institutional clients.
• Develop site grading, drainage, stormwater, roadway, trail, pedestrian, water treatment, distribution, storage, and wastewater systems.
• Prepare technical reports, drainage calculations, plans, and permit applications.
• Serve as the technical lead and engineer of record, including stamping project documents.
• Perform QA/QC reviews and mentor fellow engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in civil engineering or a related field; advanced education preferred.
• New Hampshire PE license required; Vermont, Maine, and Massachusetts licenses preferred.
• 5+ years of professional civil engineering experience in northern New England or a similar setting.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD or similar stormwater modeling software, WaterCAD, and Bluebeam.
• Technical experience with water and wastewater infrastructure, stormwater, site design, and permitting in New Hampshire or a similar regulatory environment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to perform field work, including carrying equipment and walking on undeveloped sites.
