Project Engineer - Site Design (Civil Engineering)

Location: Denver, Colorado; Loveland, Colorado; or Phoenix, Arizona

Salary: $108,000–$148,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Prepare planning and site design documents for mixed-use, commercial, residential, industrial, sports, school, and other land development projects.
• Perform design calculations, cost estimates, and economic analyses for alternative solutions.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, progress reports, and initiation documentation.
• Coordinate design work with internal teams, clients, project managers, engineers, and technicians.
• Maintain project records, attend client meetings, and support proposals and business development.
• Lead small projects and supervise or coordinate professional, technical, and student staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 6 or more years of related civil engineering experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer status.
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, and regulatory approvals.
• Working knowledge of Civil 3D.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
