Location: Onsite in New York City or San Francisco (5 days per week)

Salary: $180,000 – $210,000 + Equity

hirify.global is building an AI operating layer for the industrial supply chain, automating operational workflows through applied AI.

What you will do

• Architect and steward product strategy for hirify.global’s AI agent platform.
• Design agent systems that reason through workflows, orchestrate tools, and execute work autonomously.
• Partner with ML teams and product engineers to write detailed requirements and prototype ideas.
• Define product behavior, evaluation systems, and quality frameworks to improve reliability and performance.
• Embed deeply with early customers to uncover patterns and validate product-market fit.
• Visualize and communicate complex system behavior and business impact to diverse stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Proven track record of launching customer-facing AI products where systems take autonomous actions (not just chatbots or wrappers).
• Experience as a 0-to-1 operator in highly ambiguous startup environments.
• Strong technical depth to work as a peer with ML engineers and reason through system tradeoffs.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite 5 days per week in New York City or San Francisco.
• Ability to read evaluations and prototype ideas rapidly.

• Experience with forward deployed environments or customer-embedded product development models.
