Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: United States; remote-first with regular opportunities to meet in person for team building, design sprints, and customer visits

Salary: $175,000–$195,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Define, own, and execute the product roadmap for a functional area of the hirify.global Platform.
• Engage customers, prospects, and suppliers to understand needs and translate them into product solutions.
• Partner with Data and Engineering on product development, scrums, and releases.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Go-to-Market teams to maximize customer and business impact.
• Use real-time customer data to identify efficiency and cost-saving opportunities.
• Prototype and experiment with AI tools to validate product hypotheses and develop new features.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in an enterprise SaaS product role.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for research, prototyping, and workflow acceleration.
• Experience with large enterprise customers, multiple stakeholders, and complex requirements.
• Strong written, oral, and visual communication skills.
• User-centric mindset and experience working in a high-growth startup environment.
• Working knowledge of product and technology tools including Jira, Slack, Miro, Figma, Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Next.js, React, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Python, SQL, and Excel.
