Technical Product Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; hybrid work with regular office presence.

Base salary: $120,000–$165,000 per year, with potential discretionary bonuses, incentives, and stock.

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap from vision and specifications through launch, measurement, and business impact.
• Work directly with customers on discovery, onboarding, growth reviews, and identification of high-impact opportunities.
• Prioritize customer requests across accounts while making roadmap trade-offs clear and trusted.
• Define success metrics that connect product outcomes with customer KPIs and company OKRs.
• Partner with software, ML/AI, and data engineers to scope, prototype, and ship products quickly.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including at least one zero-to-one product.
• Autonomous, ownership-oriented approach with strong judgment in ambiguous situations.
• Technical foundation in SQL, data pipelines, and data warehouses such as Snowflake and BigQuery.
• Ability to discuss architecture, modeling, AI product evaluation, and model non-determinism with engineers.
• Strong communication across engineering, go-to-market, and customer stakeholders.
• Customer empathy combined with commercial judgment and understanding of customer willingness to pay.
