Strategic Sourcing Lead (Fintech)

Location: In-office role based in Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; Strongsville, OH; or Birmingham, AL

Base salary: $91,000–$139,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility based on company, business, and/or individual performance.

hirify.global is a financial services company with a Supply Chain Management organization supporting enterprise purchasing, supplier strategy, risk management, and contract execution.

What you will do

• Develop and execute category strategies aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Lead complex RFx events from planning through contract execution.
• Research, evaluate, select, and negotiate with suppliers for complex organizational purchases.
• Act as a subject matter expert and advise senior stakeholders on sourcing decisions.
• Lead steering committees and governance forums while coordinating business units, suppliers, and Supply Chain Management.
• Oversee contract lifecycle management, renewals, pipeline prioritization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• University or college degree, typically a bachelor’s degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Experience with procurement, purchasing management, sourcing strategies, supplier selection, supplier management, and vendor relationships.
• Advanced experience sourcing technology solutions, including software, SaaS, infrastructure, and network services.
• Proficiency with ERP, Source-to-Pay systems such as Ariba, and risk management tools.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, influencing, contract review, and cost-benefit analysis skills.
• Deep understanding of financial services industry products and services.
