What you will do

• Lead sourcing, procurement, supplier management, category strategy, competitive bidding, contract negotiation, and supplier performance activities.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify sourcing opportunities, gather requirements, and develop strategies that maximize supplier value.
• Conduct spend analysis, market research, supplier assessments, and sourcing evaluations.
• Oversee supplier contracting and onboarding while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and develop procurement professionals through coaching, guidance, leadership, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, finance, procurement, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier management, contract negotiation, or supply chain operations.
• Experience leading sourcing initiatives, competitive bid events, supplier negotiations, and contract administration.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience managing teams, influencing stakeholders, and delivering results across multiple business functions.

Nice to have

• Professional certification such as CPSM, CSCP, CPM, or an equivalent procurement credential.
• Experience with procurement, contract lifecycle management, sourcing, or spend analytics platforms.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and strategic sourcing programs in a large, complex, or global organization.
