Sourcing Analyst Senior

Salary: $77,430.00–$131,640.00 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned categories, commodities, and projects.
• Conduct market research, spend analysis, supplier evaluations, and competitive bid events.
• Lead supplier negotiations and support contract development and management.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and suppliers to align business requirements and supplier capabilities.
• Monitor supplier performance, industry trends, and market conditions to identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage sourcing initiatives from planning through execution and improve sourcing processes, tools, and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, finance, procurement, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier management, contract negotiation, or supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical skills in spend analysis, market research, supplier assessment, and sourcing evaluation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, solve complex business problems, and influence stakeholders.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and balance competing priorities.

Nice to have

• CPSM, CSCP, CPM, or equivalent procurement and supply chain certification.
• Experience with sourcing, procurement, contract management, or spend analytics tools.
• Experience with large-scale supplier management or strategic sourcing in a complex global organization.
