Director, Global TA Operations (Biotechnology)

Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts, US; 70% in-office and 30% remote work model.

Salary: $167,000–$300,700 per year, with potential bonus, incentive compensation, or equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead the global Talent Acquisition Operations strategy and operating model.
• Own RPO governance, including SLAs, KPIs, scorecards, capacity, productivity, reviews, and escalations.
• Use recruiting data and operational metrics to identify risks, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Simplify, standardize, digitize, and govern global recruiting processes and controls.
• Manage TA vendor strategy and recruiting technology optimization, including automation and AI opportunities.
• Lead operational readiness, change initiatives, compliance programs, and the development of the TA Operations team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, TA Operations, recruiting operations, or RPO.
• 4+ years of people leadership experience with globally distributed teams.
• 4+ years of experience implementing, administering, or optimizing enterprise recruiting technology, including an ATS or HRIS.
• Experience with RPO, MSP, outsourced recruiting, standardized recruiting processes, governance, operational controls, and performance metrics.
• Experience leading TA operations, programs, or transformations across multiple countries or regions.

Nice to have

• Experience in life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, startups, or other high-growth environments.
• Workday Recruiting experience and familiarity with HiredScore or another AI-enabled talent platform.
• Experience supporting recruiting operations across the US, EMEA, or APAC and managing country-specific hiring, employment, or data privacy requirements.
• Experience managing multiple TA vendors and presenting recommendations to VP-level or executive stakeholders.
