Talent Operations (AI)

Location: Palo Alto, CA; on-site or hybrid presence preferred

Annual salary: $118,000–$145,000 USD plus equity

What you will do

• Coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder interviews across formats and time zones.
• Build AI-augmented coordination and reporting workflows to increase operational scale.
• Provide a responsive, clear candidate experience throughout the interview process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and workflow tracking in the ATS.
• Create and maintain workflow documentation, use cases, and standard operating procedures.
• Manage recruiting metrics covering volume, conversion, time-in-stage, and hiring manager accountability.

Requirements

• Experience in talent operations, people operations, management consulting, or another high-intensity operational role.
• API and MCP experience, with comfort using ATS integrations and automation.
• Experience with recruiting or people technology such as Ashby, Rippling, Greenhouse, Workday, GoodTime, or Modernloop.
• Experience supporting or running programs across multiple regions and handling regional differences in compliance, processes, and stakeholder needs.
• Clear written and verbal communication with hiring managers, vendors, and leadership.
• A resume and portfolio or personal website are required when applying.
