What you will do
- Optimize the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform to address business needs.
- Analyze business problems, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, and define actionable solutions.
- Gather user requirements and develop detailed user stories and technical requirements.
- Oversee Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation from a business perspective.
- Collaborate with developers, administrators, stakeholders, and other delivery teams.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for business decision-making.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration management.
- Experience developing and managing user stories and business requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to have
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant.
