Senior Business Analyst (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Define the analytical approach, project direction, and functional scope while ensuring business objectives are achieved.
• Contribute to large and complex Salesforce IT projects across the full software development lifecycle and multiple project streams.
• Co-create delivery plans and roadmaps while balancing business, technical, contractual, project, and operational constraints.
• Work with business stakeholders, UX designers, architects, and development teams to identify needs and validate feasible solutions.
• Prepare and own functional analysis documentation in Italian, including 16 functional interactions covering mandate lifecycle, UTA and Edenred Italia, and the manual Treasury step.
• Analyse SEPA Direct Debit and mandate management requirements, facilitate workshops, and resolve dependencies and conflicts across modules and workstreams.

Requirements

• Fluent Italian is required for functional documentation and business discussions.
• Fluent English is required.
• Strong hands-on experience with the Salesforce Platform.
• Practical knowledge of SEPA Direct Debit and mandate management.
• Extensive Business Analyst and/or Product Owner experience in large, complex IT projects and across the full software development lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, analytical, technical, ownership, and leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience using GenAI in structured SDLC workflows, documentation, analysis, or tool integrations.
• Familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices and AI-powered assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot Chat.
