Senior Business Analyst with Salesforce (AI)

Location: Bulgaria, Italy, Poland, or Romania; work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

What you will do

• Define the analytical approach, project direction, and functional scope while ensuring business objectives are achieved.
• Contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design through implementation, enhancement, and maintenance.
• Co-create delivery plans and roadmaps while balancing business, technical, contractual, project, and operational constraints.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, UX designers, architects, developers, and distributed project teams to validate needs and ensure feasible solutions.
• Own functional analysis and documentation in Italian, confirm functional scope, and define sanity test cases.
• Analyze SEPA Direct Debit and mandate management requirements, facilitate workshops, and resolve dependencies across modules and workstreams.

Requirements

• Italian: fluent, including functional documentation and business discussions.
• English: fluent.
• Strong knowledge of and hands-on experience with the Salesforce Platform.
• Practical knowledge of SEPA Direct Debit and mandate management.
• Extensive Business Analyst and/or Product Owner experience in large, complex IT projects and across the full software development lifecycle.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, leadership, and technical collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience applying GenAI within the software development lifecycle through structured workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations.
• Familiarity with AI-driven analysis, documentation, automation, and workflow optimization practices.
• Experience using AI-powered assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot Chat.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies.
