Junior Business/System Analyst

Location: Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands, or Ukraine.

Salary: EUR 1,160–1,600 per month gross; final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Support the development and enhancement of a scalable B2B web portal.
• Streamline digital business processes and help improve the customer experience.
• Write user stories and use cases in Confluence.
• Work with Jira for task and requirements tracking.
• Read and understand OpenAPI specifications.
• Communicate with the product owner and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Knowledge of OpenAPI specifications.
• Experience documenting requirements in Confluence.
• Experience tracking tasks and requirements in Jira.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher required.
