What you will do

• Lead business analysis activities across the full project lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and detailed specifications.
• Work closely with engineering and architecture teams to support solution design.
• Perform gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Facilitate workshops and support testing activities, including user acceptance testing.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within enterprise or transformation programs.
• Experience in financial services, investment, or other regulated environments.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and structure them into clear requirements.
• English: Strong communication skills required to engage diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in large scale transformation or modernization programs.
• Knowledge of investment management or financial products.
• Experience working with SQL or data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with API based systems and digital platforms.
