Technology Internship - Business Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Review technical specifications, including data models, dataflow diagrams, screen designs, and workflows.
• Assist with business requirements discovery and the preparation of clear technical requirement documents.
• Participate in system design, development, testing, and application release activities.
• Gather requirements for proposed changes and issue resolutions, helping define project scope and estimate effort.
• Support product owners, software developers, QA teams, business users, and vendors by clarifying requirements and preparing meeting materials.
• Participate in regular project meetings to discuss scope, identify solutions, and coordinate delivery.

Requirements

• Academic background in, or demonstrated interest in, business analytics.
• Structured thinking, reasoning, problem-solving, initiative, and ownership.
• Strong communication skills in English are required.
• Ability and motivation to learn new tools, technologies, and programming languages quickly.
• Availability of at least 24 hours per week.
• Internship duration: November 2026 to February 2027.

Nice to have

• Experience from personal, academic, group projects, or internships.
• Exposure to SQL, Jira, Confluence, Balsamiq, or server management and administration.
• Basic knowledge of software development and systems.
• Familiarity with Agile or project-based teamwork.
