TL;DR

Allocation Planner - New Product Introduction (Supply Chain/SAP): Driving end-to-end allocation planning for new product introductions across the Supply Chain network with an accent on aligning forecasted demand, production capacity, logistics constraints, and customer priorities. Focus on maintaining NPI allocations in SAP, coordinating cross-functional risks, and improving rollout processes for timely product launches.

Location: Poland, hybrid; three days per week in the Bydgoszcz office

What you will do

Develop and maintain SAP allocation plans for each New Product Introduction project and product in the BBD portfolio.
Align NPI allocation plans with Supply Chain Program Management, Demand Planning, and Product Line Manager teams.
Monitor the BBD release roadmap and adjust NPI allocation accordingly.
Coordinate project-related issues that may affect allocation and support timely resolution of allocation risks.
Document lessons learned from NPI rollouts and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in New Product Introduction, demand planning, or a related Supply Chain function in an industrial environment.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and SAP.
Good verbal and written English.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
Teamwork, ownership, and accountability.
