What you will do

• Optimize inventory management processes, improve inventory accuracy and turnover, and reduce inventory costs.
• Ensure efficient warehouse operations and timely, accurate inventory data.
• Lead the warehouse team toward business goals and improve overall work efficiency.
• Develop training plans, coach team members, and strengthen team capabilities.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve warehouse operation issues and improve information flow.
• Propose and implement process improvements that enhance warehouse efficiency, service quality, and operational competitiveness.
