Senior Last Mile Manager Southern Europe (m/f/d)

Location: Based in Robakowo, Poland; approximately one-third of the time is spent travelling in the Southern Europe region for field audits and driver ride-alongs.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery and returns performance across the Southern Europe region.
• Manage carrier partnerships, commercial tenders, rate negotiations, SLAs, and data-driven performance reviews.
• Conduct driver ride-alongs, hub audits, and on-site root-cause investigations.
• Build and deploy AI agents, automated workflows, and SQL data models for tracking, invoice auditing, and exception alerts.
• Partner with Customer Care on shared KPIs, customer feedback routines, complaint reduction, damage prevention, and NPS improvement.
• Lead one Last Mile Coordinator and drive network innovations including PUDO, white-glove delivery, low-emission delivery, and reverse logistics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in last mile, transportation, or e-commerce logistics.
• Experience managing carrier relationships, commercial tenders, and substantial P&L cost lines.
• Strong knowledge of home delivery networks and complex, multi-tier returns operations.
• Advanced self-served analytics skills using SQL and BI tools, plus daily experience building AI agent workflows and task automations.
• Availability to spend approximately 33% of working time travelling in the region and conducting field operations.
• Business fluency in English, strong commercial acumen, and collaborative leadership skills.
