What you will do

• Process global transport complaints and claims within SAP.
• Coordinate actions with transport providers and warehouse partners.
• Administer warehouse returns and resolve logistics-related inquiries.
• Monitor and control transport costs to ensure operational efficiency.
• Liaise with internal teams and customers to agree on solutions.
• Support various logistics-related activities as required.

Requirements

• Fluent in English.
• Experience in logistics or transport operations.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Proficiency in SAP is highly preferred.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on tracking and follow-up.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Warsaw.
