Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: Norwood, Massachusetts, United States of America; hybrid office environment with at least 3 days in the office and 20% local and national travel.

Starting salary: $115,000–$125,000 per year.

What you will do

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with annual and long-term organizational goals.
• Partner with HR and department managers to define talent strategies, job descriptions, and hiring criteria.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates for engineering, manufacturing, sales, service, technician, assembly, product management, and customer service roles.
• Manage offer coordination, compensation alignment, start dates, pre-employment information, and onboarding preparation.
• Train managers on recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding practices.
• Track recruiting KPIs, identify trends, recommend process improvements, and support compliance with employment laws.

Requirements

• Proven experience creating and executing talent acquisition strategies with business leaders.
• Experience owning the full recruitment process from job posting through onboarding.
• Experience with high-volume recruitment in manufacturing, operations, engineering, or similar environments.
• Experience with national recruitment for remote, field, and in-person positions.
• Ability to manage 15 or more open roles across multiple departments and analyze recruiting trends.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills and alignment with the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
