Early Career Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: Irvine, California, United States; on-site

Salary: $90,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Build relationships with colleges, universities, career centers, student organizations, and faculty.
• Coordinate career fairs, information sessions, networking events, and on-campus interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify entry-level hiring needs and present recruiting strategies to leadership.
• Manage the early careers program and support a structured experience for entry-level employees.
• Develop outreach materials and campaigns for early talent audiences and represent the company at recruiting and diversity events.
• Collect feedback, maintain program metrics, and recommend improvements based on data and industry practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience building and driving college recruiting partnerships within technology and business colleges or universities.
• Experience facilitating university engagement programs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, project management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Must work on-site in Irvine, California, United States.
