Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States; working in the Boston headquarters

Base compensation: $77,000–$123,000 USD per year, plus a discretionary annual variable target incentive.

What you will do

• Develop sourcing strategies to attract talent across technical, commercial, and corporate functions.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders on hiring strategy, business priorities, market insight, and talent pipelines.
• Prepare hiring teams and coordinate efficient, professional, and consistent interview processes.
• Assess candidate skills, experience, and potential fit, providing recommendations to hiring teams.
• Manage the offer process from reference checks and compensation recommendations through acceptance.
• Improve recruiting processes, tools, candidate experience, and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting technical and business functions.
• Experience recruiting for sales roles and partnering with sales leadership is strongly preferred.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.
• Strong understanding of technology skill sets, hiring trends, and candidate motivations.
• Experience in agency recruiting, corporate recruiting, or both.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced global environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
• Experience using AI-powered sourcing, research, and productivity tools to improve recruiting outcomes.
