Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Technical)

Location: McLean, Virginia, United States; onsite in the office 5 days a week

Salary: $100,000–$156,250 USD base salary per year, plus potential discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Own the full candidate lifecycle, from targeted sourcing through negotiation and closing.
• Develop technical talent pipelines and advise senior hiring leaders across technical departments.
• Use AI, automation, recruitment technology, and sourcing analytics to improve candidate engagement and recruiting efficiency.
• Scale interview processes, onboarding frameworks, and hiring best practices.
• Use market insights and recruiting data to strengthen hirify.global’s employer brand and hiring strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter supporting highly technical domains.
• Expertise in data-driven recruiting, metrics, market insights, and talent mapping.
• Experience managing a high volume of complex requisitions with urgency and tenacity.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative skills.
• Proficiency with ATS and sourcing platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter.

Nice to have

• Experience with Greenhouse.
• Advanced use of AI and automation tools for sourcing, candidate nurturing, and talent analytics.
• Professional Services or corporate experience supporting high-volume technical hiring.
