Salary: 7 100 - 9 500 zł gross

What you will do

• Manage HR administration for employee lifecycle events, including hiring, changes, and separations.
• Ensure high accuracy in the maintenance and management of employee data.
• Prepare employment contracts and all related HR documentation.
• Handle employee inquiries and collaborate closely with managers to resolve HR issues.
• Maintain and update the internal knowledge base for employees, managers, and HR.
• Support the onboarding and training of new team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Shared Services environment.
• Strong experience in HR data management and employee lifecycle administration.
• Ability to coordinate team activities based on workload and priorities.
• Experience with transition activities and process documentation setup.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
• Location: Must be based in Katowice, Poland

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German (B2+/C1 level).
• Knowledge of German labour law and employment regulations.
• Practical experience with Workday and ServiceNow.
• Experience in Agile, quality management, and risk management.
