TL;DR
Sr Analyst, Continuous Improvement (HR Operations) (HR data governance and process improvement): Improving HR data quality, operational processes, controls, and service delivery within a global HR GBS environment with an accent on data governance, compliance, automation, and stakeholder coordination. Focus on analyzing root causes, managing HR operations projects, supporting system enhancements, and improving process performance through operational metrics.
Location: Warsaw, Masovian, Poland; hybrid working model with 3 days on site.
Minimum salary: 136,000 PLN annually, with eligibility for an annual bonus and other incentives.

What you will do
- Monitor, analyze, and improve HR data quality across HR systems and operational processes.
- Define data quality checks, dashboards, reports, and KPIs, and support audits, compliance reviews, and internal controls.
- Review, document, standardize, and optimize HR operational processes, procedures, controls, and service quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and process improvement across HR Global Business Services activities.
- Lead or support HR operations projects involving process transitions, system enhancements, automation, data cleansing, testing, training, and change management.
- Provide expert support for complex cases and escalations while partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, local teams, and service delivery stakeholders.
Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Management, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in HR operations, HR shared services, Global Business Services, or a similar environment.
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle, organizational management, position management, payroll inputs, time, benefits, or HR reporting.
- Experience with HR data quality, data analysis, process improvement, operational excellence, and HR projects.
- Knowledge of HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
- Advanced Excel skills and very good English communication skills; reporting dashboards, Power BI, or other analytics tools are advantageous.
