What you will do

• Plan and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Identify and select suppliers based on quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability.
• Drive cost reduction and avoidance initiatives in collaboration with Engineering and R&D.
• Negotiate pricing and contractual conditions with key suppliers.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, or Procurement.
• Fluent English required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems like SAP.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
