What you will do

• Lead end-to-end sourcing projects for IT services, including market research, RFI/RFP processes, and supplier selection.
• Draft, review, and negotiate global contracts for application development, infrastructure, and consulting services.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define sourcing plans and ensure alignment with procurement policies.
• Manage contract lifecycles, including renewals, performance obligations, and exit planning.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement governance reviews and improvement actions.
• Contribute to category management strategies and ESG goals to drive cost savings.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Katowice, Poland
• 4–5 years of experience in IT procurement and sourcing within an international company.
• Experience leading sourcing projects for infrastructure, workplace services, and app development.
• Proven track record in negotiating global IT service agreements.
• English: B2/C1 level required
• Master’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business administration, or finance.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as CIPS or Nevi.
• Knowledge of financial regulations including DORA, EBA, and GDPR.
• Experience managing complex global sourcing projects in large international organizations.
