What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of global contracts by category.
• Prepare and draft contracts using standard templates and stakeholder input.
• Maintain the contract repository, track milestones, and oversee renewals or closeouts.
• Support negotiations by tracking changes and reviewing counterparty redlines.
• Ensure contracts comply with internal IT governance policies.
• Provide administrative and analytical support for IT investment tracking.

Requirements

• Master's degree in supply chain, (computer) engineering, business administration, or finance.
• 6 months to 3 years of experience in procurement operations or contract management.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and E-Sourcing tools.
• Experience with ERP systems or procurement tools.
• English: B2+ (Very good spoken and written skills)
• Location: Must be based in Katowice, Poland

• Familiarity with contract management.
