What you will do

• Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy for a global product portfolio, including long-range and monthly planning cycles.
• Anticipate supply risks and opportunities and lead cross-functional teams in developing mitigation plans that protect continuity of patient supply.
• Represent global, regional, and site supply chain functions in product teams and drive alignment on supply strategies and lifecycle decisions.
• Advise on manufacturing site selection, network evaluations, business cases, acquisitions, integrations, and transformation initiatives.
• Align demand and supply plans, monitor inventory and supply performance, and drive corrective actions using metrics and exceptions.
• Set inventory targets, maintain planning assumptions, and share best practices across the global supply chain network.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree plus 2 years, master's degree plus 4 years, bachelor's degree plus 6 years, associate degree plus 10 years, or high school diploma/GED plus 12 years of relevant supply chain or operations experience.
• Experience with demand, supply, inventory, financial, and manufacturing network planning.
• Strong communication, cross-functional relationship-building, influencing, leadership, analytical, and independent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use digital tools, data, automation, advanced planning systems, and scenario analysis to improve decision-making.
• Understanding of supply chain principles, logistics, COGM, COGS, and NPV analysis.
• Experience in global pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or another relevant industry is preferred, with 7+ years preferred.
