What you will do
- Coordinate operations brand and program projects to support business goals, product launches, site transfers, security of supply, cost improvements, and lifecycle management.
- Develop brand plans, financial plans, long-range plans, demand forecasts, inventory strategies, capacity plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead negotiations with third-party manufacturers on contracts, extensions, service costs, project proposals, and additional charges.
- Escalate supply risks and coordinate mitigation plans with Commercial, R&D, Science and Technology, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, Manufacturing, and third-party manufacturing teams.
- Manage cross-functional programs and lifecycle transitions involving multiple organizational levels and potentially millions of dollars in project expense.
- Drive operational performance, assurance of supply, strategic alignment, and cost savings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Science, plus experience in business and product management within life sciences.
- 5 or more years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Management, Product Development, and/or Financial Management.
- Experience managing effective teams and collaborating across organizational boundaries.
- Excellent presentation, oral, written, and communication skills, with the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and implement large change management programs.
- Knowledge of core business processes and the ability to work effectively in worldwide cultural settings.
